  • This was our first time to Vegas with our kids. The rooms were spacious but very outdated and our shower had black mold growing in the corners. The room service was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was great as well. The Valet situation is one like I have never seen at any hotel anywhere. We checked in and out of valet 3 times and all three times we got stuck in a horrible line that took upwards of 20 minutes just to drop our car off. On one occasion our car was blocked in by 8 other vehicles. The valet were friendly and seemed to be doing what they could but the system is obviously broken. Overall the stay was just ok. We will not be staying here again.
