  • Taking care of a parent can be challenging, challenge doubles when a child has to take if both parents. Double doctor visit, double lab appointments, and double the details. Called to schedule dads aorta ultrasound, at the time unable to review which procedures I had to schedule him for, it gets confusing. Ruby stepped in, called the Dr office confirmed request and scheduled a closer location.. on top of it all she communicated what we needed to do ahead of time and scheduled a time to help a elderly person. The best part was she did it with kindness. I haven't had the type of service In the medical industry for a long time. Thank you Ruby for helping schedule all the appointments needed so smoothly. I hope simonmed recognizes your great customer service.
