  • Went for Father's Day brunch. Had been very excited to come for a long time due to many recommendations from friends and family. Incredibly underwhelmed by the decor. It almost felt like a school cafeteria mixed with a Hometown Buffet, especially with the soft serve machine. You can really tell the Bellagio has been around for a while based on the interior design. Brunch was $15 more per person due to the special occasion but it didn't seem to add anything special, extra, or unique. Tried a little bit of everything. Eggs benedict was sitting or on a hot plate, quote mediocre, possibly because they were not fresh. Prime rib was quite tough. Had a large shrimp cocktail area. Various baked fish. Salmon was okay, cod was absolutely horrendous. It was like rubber. It's very hard to get fish to a point where it is actually difficult to cut with a knife. They succeeded with the cod. They had an assortment of baked goods that looked much better than they tasted. Fruits as well, sliced that were fine, it's hard to mess up slicing fruit to be honest... Biscuits tasted stale. Best thing was the creamed corn, perfectly hometown buffet. Service was nothing to write home about. For $42 per person, I expected more, and it unfortunately did not deliver. Based on the pictures, the dinner seems to be much superior to the brunch, I did not experience it though.
