  • Don't understand why the ratings for this place are so high! We had dinner at Sage while we were in Vegas a few weeks ago and I was really looking forward to eating here. Overall, the experience was pretty disappointing: the dishes were all on the really salty side and the service was just not there. The ambiance and decor was nice but I seriously didn't understand the big deal about the food. Due to time constraint the 3 of us only took the smaller set menu. I really wanted to try their foie gras creme brûlée because the description of the dish seemed amazing but it was actually very disappointing. I don't think that Sage is really worth spending time and money at, there are so many amazing restaurants in Vegas that i'd rather go to!
