rev:text	Absolutely horrible service. I've been a customer for 23 years and have to place a phone call EVERY SINGLE YEAR to deal with their ridiculous price increases. Believe all the 1 star reviews ... they overcharge and nickel and dime their customers for EVERYTHING! Been on the phone for over an hour with their latest nickel and dime attempt. This 1 star review is WAY overdue. They've been doing this for years. Direct TV isn't much better BTW. Really it's a sad choice for customers in the Phoenix area.
