  • Boyfriend and I lived in a one-bedroom unit here for 2 years. We initially checked out Chestnut Ridge a few other apts within the area, but ultimately chose Ventana due to the better quality units and the gorgeous mountain views. After a hard day's work, it was always nice being able to come home to a nice apt with a breathtaking, mountainous view and beautiful landscape. As far as the unit goes..Carpet is plush and soft. High ceilings. Spacious bedroom with den. Plenty of room and closet space for 2 people to cohabitate. The staff and maintenance crew have been always friendly and professional. Maintenance service request was taken care of within 24 hrs. Snow removal is pretty awesome considering how bad the past 2 winters were. Overall happy with Ventana Hills. I will miss this place.
