  • I was in a bit of a pickle and needed to get some documents delivered before I left for the airport. I just happened to read about Urban Palm in the Seven magazine that day and decided to give them a try. I have to say, as the owner of a small business and a single mom, all the hours in my day are pretty much slammed. So, I was intrigued. I downloaded the app, and it was pretty easy to use. You create a quick profile, link your account to a card, and can pre-pay hours on your card. My only suggestion for the app is that it is a little confusing to go in after the job has been complete to give a tip and a review of that service. There's nothing on the home screen that tells you you have a job open, so I had to maneuver through the app a bit to get to it. Regarding the service, good lord! Awesome. Once I entered in my request, I got a text within minutes confirming the service and who would be assigned to work for me. I then got a text from that person and she kept in touch with me the entire time. Even via text, everyone was personable and professional. All in all, a solid service, and as a small business owner, it's a great way to get some of those pesky tasks out of the way that can keep you focused on getting through each day. Nice work UP!!
