| - The new management is great. The new property manager, Sunshine is determined to turn things around. She, Amanda and Jonathan are super sweet! They treat me and my pup like we are a member of the family. No matter what they are doing, what time of the day it is.
I had some maintenance issues with the first new property manager-they just wouldn't get done. Maintenance was overwhelmed and didn't have any help. As soon as I went to speak with the office, within a reasonable amount of time (as they had to order parts) they hired more help and my maint requests were taken care of. And they ALWAYS ask if everything is ok whenever they see me. Their follow up is timely and professional. I have not had any issues reaching them by phone.
I've had a horrible neighbor (I mean HORRIBLE)-that's not management's fault, it's my horrible neighbor's fault. The trash chute must be a new thing to some people. There are some disrespectful people here. That's not management's fault. Some people seem to not remember how to clean up after themselves and their animals. There are some inconsiderate tenants that live here. The trash situation is a work in progress. It's been better as of late. Some of the stairwells could use a power wash. I think another person or two on the cleaning team would be great. They need help. Senior management-can you make this happen? We do need more people to help clean.
The pool is a social spot, maybe need some sort of system before it turns into more of a scene. I don't think people realize the volume or echo can be heard in all the floors of apartments. It's beautiful around the pool, looks like a hotel.
I like the cabinets to pick up your packages, I work long hours and had a hard time getting home in time to pick them up before the office closed-I can pick up my packages whenever and I don't have to worry about them being left at my door. The fee is a nominal $5, isn't it? My time is worth way more than that.
The gym is great too. Management just purchased some new yoga equipment- awesome. They're even going to do fitness classes I just heard. I love not having to get in my car to go anywhere to work out.
The resident events are great. It was wonderful to open my windows and hear my house fill with a live jazz band! I'm glad they do things for us.
This is a great place to live. Close to everything. Hike, bike, walk, etc.
