A fusion of Chinese and Mexican orchestrated by José Andrés, we had such high expectations. Unfortunately, this combo didn't live up to those expectations. With a party of 5 we got to try a lot of things on the menu and none of them lived up to the standards we have come to expect from an Andrés restaurant. From the mediocre guacamole to the over salted mojo shrimp most things were edible but just not that good. The chicken wings were so small they had to come from Cornish game hens. While the hangar steak was a good representation of the meal, it was two small cubes of mediocre quality steak that was tough and lacked any complexity of flavor. There are too many really good restaurants in Vegas for this to be on our future stops.
