  • So...we gave John Cutter the benefit of the doubt and came twice. First night we ordered the filet(medium) and it was pretty much cold! Very rare to say the least. We asked for it to be put back on grill for a bit and really didn't even get an apology from the waitress. Two nights later we came with friends and tried again. Ordered steak same way and the steak was wayyyy overdone and didn't taste remotely fresh. I again told waitress~ to not be acknowledged again! To me this is terrible customer service! I didn't expect a free meal but an apology or something from a manager would have been nice, or maybe offer to get us a desert or better yet a GOOD steak! If it were not for their amazing Mac and Cheese I can't say I would even give John Cutters a one star! Noisy Overpriced Bad customer service Inconsistent steaks Drinks are FULL of ice~maybe three sips of Moscow mule (for $11!) Not sure when we will be back...
