  • Very pleased with our experience with Beck's. Misty responded right away to my message on their "contact us" website feature. We set up an appointment for an in-home measurement and reviewed samples - there were plenty. Misty provided excellent information about all of the product options and features as well as explanation of the installation process. Having already done some preliminary research and shopping, we were satisfied with the pricing quote and felt comfortable with our material selection and decision to have Beck's do our installation. We picked a vinyl plank flooring to replace approximately 1200+ square feet of worn carpeting. The project included all rooms, closets and hall areas with the exception of two previously tiled bathrooms and a kitchen area. The floor turned out gorgeous and made the entire home look refreshed and updated. The installation process went quite smooth. Dave and Troy showed up on time and worked solid all the way through, even finishing a day earlier than planned. They took great care to minimize disruption and were tidy and thorough about replacing everything upon completion. I strongly believe in supporting smaller, family run and independent businesses and truly appreciated the attention and customer service provided by Beck's.
