  • The worst group of people I have dealt with from the appointment scheduler to the plumber that came out to diagnose our drainage problem. The plumber that came out initially said we did not have a drain and he needed to remove the toilet to advance the tool to snake out the pipe and would cost $300. Well that was weird cuz we had another plumbing company come out in the past and they managed to find the drain without touching any toilets. He calls a few minutes later and said he found the drain and would just then charge me a fee for finding it. Well wasnt it your job to locate these drains in the first place. Then then told me it would be $50 and later on turned around and told the office receptionist $200 would be charged. He also quoted us $3500 to complete the job. These people are scams! Do not trust them with any work that needs to be done to your home. They have only been in the business for 2 years and yet their customer service is already so poor! Instead of the receptionist apologizing for the mishap, she was rude herself saying they dont want to do business with us either. This is the second job this company came out to us for and both experiences were horrible. If your home warranty assigns them to you, request for another company. You will b wasting your $45 and end up being charged excess amount of dollars for a job half done! If I could rate them a negative 10 I would because they don't deserve anything more than that!
