  • As a passerby- I was excited to check out the newly renovated Fairmont Elizabeth. It was a random walk in into the Nacarat. Let's just say I was really impressed by the upscale trendy decor. It reminded me of the second floor of the W hotel- Well lit, leather seating and mellowed out vibe that was not overcrowded. We were seated by the hostess and given complimentary welcome drinks of passionate fruit lemonade in small crystal shot glasses. The menu had an assortment of food and signature cocktails. I picked the negronen that was 16$. A few minutes later my drink made a grand entrance contained in a smoking lantern case. The waiter explained that the dry ice is used to keep the liquor at idea temperature for the flavors to disperse. To top of this jubilee, my glass was painted with chocolate and had the drink had gold flakes. I felt like an Egyptian princess drinking it!. Great experience, service and staff! Highly recommended!
