  • My wife and I were in the market for solar screens so Monday of last week I called a local solar screen provider who had several positive reviews on YELP. We made an appointment for noon on Saturday as as noon came, the highly rated company never showed up. No call whatsoever. I called the company with no luck in receiving a callback. I gave that company until 6pm that same day before I decided to look into other solar screen providers. That's when I came across Eclipse Solar Screens & Window Cleaning. I figured I'd get a return call a couple days later since it was late Saturday evening. I was completely wrong. The owner, Glenn, returned my call just moments later. I told him my story and although Glenn was shocked at my misfortune, he was happy to help. He even offered to come by first thing in the morning the next day, which was a Sunday. I read about his great customer service on YELP as well as Google however I didn't expect him to offer such prompt service over the weekend. Sunday morning came and Glenn was here bright and early as promised. He listened to my needs and proceeded to give me a free solar screen consultation. He then quoted me a great price on screens for 15 windows as well as solar screen set for the kitchen slider as well as for the slider off the master bedroom. I had my solar screens completely installed TWO DAYS LATER all while I was at work when most companies take approximately two weeks. Glenn also used weatherstripping in between the screens and window frames and completely cleaned my windows before the install! Not to mention after I called Glenn to profusely thank him and ask him what my payment options were, he told me that between the two days that my screens were being made his truck was totaled in a car wreck. Luckily nobody was injured. I can't believe that although all of that happened he still managed to deliver and install an extremely quality product in a record amount of time. I am super impressed at his quality of work, his prices, and his work ethic. I highly recommend him! Thank you Glenn!
