  • Nice choice in SW Champaign. Part wine store, part deli, part cafe, kind of tries to be all things. That's where I ding it a star. The food has always been good, and they have lots of choices of salads, sandwiches, and even dessert - maybe too many. I like going to the deli and having them create me a plate of cheeses and meats to sample. The ambiance is pleasant and somewhat upscale. This is in an affluent residential part of town, and the clientele mostly reflects that. I think the mark-up on their retail wines is high - I would go to Corkscrew or Friar Tuck instead. Nice place to unwind though, with outdoor seating too, and I never felt pushed to leave.
