  • I love my new Durango!!! Thank you Julio Lyons, Tony Waller, Cesar, and Luis Escobar!!! My family and I needed a safer and more reliable vehicle and we got one! Although the process was the usual tiring process to get the price where we needed to be, but it was well worth the wait. These 4 gentlemen were very helpful, patient and professional. Our desired monthly payment would have been better if we went with the Journey, but with the size of our family we really needed the size of the Durango. They helped out with the price and we were able to get the vehicle we needed at the price we could afford. Cesar was really thorough with explaining all of the Durango's features and advantages. I was really happy about that because being a mother of 5 I worry about safety, performance, leg room and cargo space. Tony and Julio were so kind and patient! I would absolutely recommend them to any friend or family member in need of a vehicle. Tony was so accommodating. He was consistently offering his help or assistance and making sure I was comprehending everything he was proposing and explaining about our purchase. Even though it was an hour after the dealership officially closed for the night, Luis in financing, meticulously explained everything to us. He was not rushing or hurrying the transaction. He repeatedly said we could call him anytime if we needed any further explanations or have any concerns. Luis was never pushy or unpleasant. After my 5 year old son spilled water all over the paperwork, Luis still had a smile on his face. I almost had a heart attack, but the boys in his office were so helpful and continued to stay upbeat even after a 15 hour day at work :-) Thanks again to the Fabulous 4: Julio, Tony, Cesar and Luis!!! Happy New Year! We are so excited to take the Durango to our next trip to Disneyland! Feeling happy and safe, Jean and Family
