  • We recently rented a bouncy castle for my daughter's 5th birthday. Due to the park not having power, we also had to rent a generator. When everything was setup, the employee set the generator on a downward sloped hill. After a short period of the generator being on, it shut off. Children were still inside the castle and my daughter actually fell out of it and scrapped up her elbow and face. After I leveled the generator and started it back up everything was working fine for short period. The next problem that we encountered was that the blower was not securely fastened to the inlet. It popped out and yet again, the castle started to deflate. I attempted to reattach it but within a few minutes, it popped out again. This time I used an extra rope tie and attached it around the inlet and the blower's base and pulled them together tightly. There was a ton of open space in our park and the generator should have been placed on a flat surface and the blower properly attached. I am providing a single star review due to these issues.
