  • UPDATE: I never spoke with Johnny. I was not happy when I left and told the lady there that I needed them for a trip and would have to take them somewhere else to fix them. I expressed my displeasure and said I did not trust them to do any further work on my shoes. The leather was supposed to be added in a different location that was not noticeable and no one called to tell me the repair was going to be done differently! I would not recommend taking expensive shoes here. In my opinion, they do not use high-end leather and the leather they used did not match my black shoes. They did a repair in a different way than they told me they were going to and did not call me to ask first. Had they called, I would have said no and just to keep my money, but not do the repair since the place they put it is very obvious. I will have to take these shoes somewhere else and pray they can be fixed. I am very disappointed that I will not be able to wear them on my trip and that they may have ruined my shoes.
