rev:text	IF YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE, USE IT! I went to this location a month ago for multiple tests ordered by my doctor. At my next Dr appointment it was noted that the Lab Corp office had only done half of the tests ordered. My Dr called the Lab Corp office. They acknowledged the error and asked that I return to complete the order. I had to take off work again, fast again, and return to Lab Corp. I politely explained why I was there to the Front Desk lady. She kept her gaze on her computer screen and indicated that I just need to take a seat. While with the phlebotomist I again politely attempted to explain why I was there. She immediately became extremely defensive along with adopting an attitude-laden demeanor. She argued that I must be mistaken. She then asked how many tests were originally ordered because there were ten tests today and that's a lot. She even went on to ask me how many vials were taken the last time. When I said I didn't know she pressured me for an answer, saying "well was it one, two, five, what?" This entire interaction was unpleasant and accusatory. When I left the room she said "You have a great day" in a sarcastic tone. The staff here are in dire need of customer relations training!
