  • I usually go to Viet Noodle Bar, but if I do not want to drive far this would be my go to place here in North LV. Their soup is really flavorful. I always order the combination Pho, their beef meatball is so good, it has a nice flavor to it, the brisket is not fatty at all and has a good amount of fat to meat ratio, the rare meat was nicely cooked in the hot broth,their tripe and tendon were so soft and tender. Can't really say anything bad about this place. I'm glad there's a pho place in the North side of town.
