  • My appointment was at 3. I arrived at 245 as explained. It's now 330 and I'm now told contrary to my notes in my outlook and on my phone that my appointment is 315, and I marked this in my calendar while I was on the phone with the lady at the desk. So No it's not. And someone who arrived after me, is already back. Regardless, I've now been left waiting when I was told several times to arrive early which is not appreciated. You don't have to wait this long for OrthoCarolina.
