  • The service was horrible! After showing a simple nail design to the tech, Hanna I believe, blatantly said it was UGLY and refused to do it. This comment turned me off completely, and I decided it was time to leave. The staff then continued to argue with me to pay for a service, which I did not receive. Horrible techs with no sense of customer service. If no stars was an option that's exactly what they would've gotten.
