  • I'm incredibly disappointed in the experience I had just trying to setup an appointment and the professionalism of the administration team. I set an appointment with Core Recovery nearly a week in advance and provided all my information to them. I received a call the morning of my appointment that they needed to confirm my information. After I provided it I was left on hold for an ungodly amount of time without them ever checking back in. They then called me 10 minutes before I needed to leave for my appointment saying they couldn't confirm my appointment would be covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. When I expressed how frustrated I was with them giving me no advanced notice I was told it was my fault for not providing all the information they needed. When I became more upset the person on the phone raised his voice and said he was only a messenger. I found out within 5 minutes the reason I wasn't covered is they scheduled me with a doctor that doesn't accept my coverage rather than the one that did and it would be another week before I could be seen. This has been an aggravating waste of my time. If you're looking for "Recovery" this is the last place I'd recommend, they do more harm than good.
