  • Was able to make a last minute reservation for Valentines Day since all the other big name restaurants were completely booked. This was an impromptu Vegas trip and I had no expectations at all unlike my boyfriend (with extremely high expectations). But to my surprise he ended up enjoying our Valentines Day dinner! There was a prix fixe menu at $85 which came as no surprise. I ordered the half dozen oysters with caviar (which came with a supplement) as a starter and my was it phenomenal! The oysters had such clean almost sweet flavors no brininess! As my main I had the Australian Wagyu which was so unbelievably tender paired marvelously with what I believe was a bernaise sauce. I didn't really touch dessert since I was extremely full by then but overall I was quite happy with what Sage had to offer. Great ambiance, great service, and overall great food!
