  • Took in a Porsche Carrera 4S for wheel alignment. Planned on having it setup for a more track day configuration. The facilities are clean, give off a professional vibe but a little laid back. Waiting area nicely configured, TV, selection of magazines if you are going to wait (I did). Explained what I wanted to service rep, she took copious notes. She gave me cost and time estimate, which was also stated when I made the appointment. Also I arrived at appointed time for the service and they did not keep me waiting. In the waiting room the mechanic came out to go over what I wanted, explained there were trade offs depending on how aggressive I wanted settings to be. Provided a good explanation of what to expect. Car done close to estimated time. Cost was as expected. Especially nice that there was no dirt in the car, grease on steering wheel, etc. They made the effort to keep the interior protected when moving car. Overall good experience, no hesitation about using again and I don't give 5 stars lightly. Genuinely pleasant.
