  • AVOID THE HEADACHE! AVOID THIS COMPANY! This is the worst company I have ever had done business with. First American Warranty gave me this company to fix my AC unit. The AC contractor came out took half my AC unit and said it needs repairs and in a week he would return with my AC unit and put everything back together. They gave me a follow-up appointment by text. The AC guy never came back. The warranty company gave me another follow-up appointment and it was confirmed. Again, the second time, the AC guy did NOT show up. Now I'm filing with the AZ Registers of Contractors. They have 1/2 my AC unit and NO ONE answers the phone, NO ONE returns calls and they did abandonment on this AC project and they have half my AC unit with them. Now I am also getting an attorney to sue HIGGENBOTHEM and SONS that own OLD WEST BUILDERS.
