  • Awesome customer service and a nice, comfy theater where you can stretch out! My kids received a Fandango g/c and while attempting to purchase tix for them, the Fandango site kept timing out. I finally got the tix only to realize that somehow I ended up with tix to the wrong movie (rated R) that happened to be at the same theater and same time as the kid's movie. I contacted Fandango and they insisted on no refunds/exchanges. I went to the theater, explained the issue, and they happily exchanged the tix for the correct movie, no hassle and no questions asked. They were super friendly and helpful--complete opposite experience from Fandango's Customer Service. Not only that, but the theaters are nice and comfortable, and not crowded (due to the spacious recliner seating). Here, you don't have to worry about people kicking your seat from behind or your knees and legs cramping up because of lack of leg room in front of you (if you are tall like me). Highly recommend this theater!
