  • I got hooked on this place when they first opened 2 years ago. Their specialty drinks are good, but extremely sweet. I prefer strong coffee, and their's was pretty good at first, and the staff is super friendly. In the past year it seems that their iced coffee has gotten stale and watery. I tried asking for extra shots (since their iced coffee is just iced americano) and less cream, but it is hit or miss whether the barista makes it correctly/to my liking. More likely than not they make it iced cream with some coffee, gross. Also, hardly ever do they charge the correct price. I have been overcharged, whether it be by a quarter or even a few bucks, at least a dozen times. I used to endure the ridiculously long lines and wait, but decided it wasn't worth it anymore. As other reviewers have said, they spend an unreasonable amount of time chatting with customers when the line is hanging out into the street. Recently switched back to Starbucks, and I'm so happy I did; they make my drink correctly every time, I am never miss-charged, and I'm through the drive thru in a reasonable amount of time.
