  • Went to the store to grab some milk and heard an awful noise coming from the car. We realized we had a flat tire and were riding on the rim. Went to the closest gas station to fill up with air and then went to the closest tire shop. BIG O. It was fairly busy, and when the guy got to us he was very friendly. We showed him the flat tire....there's a giant bolt in it...he told us he'd try to fix it first because the treading was still good and it would be cheaper. We also opted for an oil change. After about an hour or more of waiting he tells us the tire cannot be fixed, which is what I thought in the first place because it was leaking so badly, but whatever at least he tried. Another hour and a half passes by and we are informed that they do not have the tire that we need. At this time I'm asking the guy in the front if we should put the donut on it. He tells us "No, it's a rear tire it will mess everything up, Coke in the morning you'll be fine" The service technician pulls out car up and tells us we should stop somewhere and get a plug kit because the tire is hissing bad... NO CRAP, that's why we came here. My boyfriend asks about the donut again and the service tech was like do you have one ? If you do then you should put it on. He says he will put it on but they already have someone else's car up and working on an oil change so we have to wait EVEN LONGER for them to finish and put the donut on it. Then he tells us that he's going to order the tire and recommends we make an appointment so we don't have to wait. We had something important to do at noon so we made a 10:30 am appointment. While we were waiting for our car I overhear him on the phone leaving a voicemail for the tire order. We finally get our car and leave. The next AM I tell my boyfriend to call and make sure the tire is there before he heads out since I don't trust these people. He calls and they tell him his tire won't bE there till 11. What a shocker.... he tells them to cancel the appointment and the man on the phone is pushy but after we told him we had something to do and they didn't even have our tire he agreed to cancel. Ended up going to our appointment ok the donut and then went to superior tires after. They had the tire we needed. They were friendly and fast and way cheaper and big o. This place was such a waste of time we were there for almost 4 hours and I don't understand why they didn't just tell us they didn't have the tire when we got there. DO NOT GO HERE.
