  • Prior to my visit to Insight Wellness I had never had a massage before, nor did I know anything about acupuncture. However I left feeling extremely relaxed and have general knowledge about acupuncture. It was painless, and the needles are tiny! Tom began the Groupon session of 30 minute acupuncture and 30 minute massage with details and analogies that really helped put things into perspective. He listened to what I was having issues with and tailored my visit to those issues. The room had a very relaxing ambiance with music and lighting. For the acupuncture session I was left in the room alone to relax, initially it was hard for me to quiet my mind and relax. But the more I laid there and imagined myself some place nice it was great. I imagined it to be a bit different, maybe some one telling me what to imagine but I don't think this hindered my experience. The massage was top notch! He massaged my neck to my fingers! It was with perfect pressure, too! Tom is very knowledgable, and efficient. I highly recommend this place!
