  • Turned a-not-so pleasant experience into an incredible one. This is a new nail salon for me. I was so used to my old nail salon knowing exactly what I wanted without having to ask me specifics. I am one of those people who are very nit picky about their nails and I like them to look a certain way. So anything not remotely close to how I like them will upset the beejeeesus out of me. I did not like the initial outcome of my pedicure, which was done by a different staff member, but I addressed it and then another staff member, Luna, immediately took action. Luna did not question me about what was wrong with the first pedicure, but instead she worked fast, clean, meticulous, and my toe nails looked exactly how I love them to look like. I'm assuming Luna is either the owner or one of the managers of AMPM Nail Salon because she seemed to posses authority and was accommodating with my issue. Ultimately, my stress levels descended and I felt content and satisfied with my nails, along with my overall experience.
