I purchase a bedroom set from Value City Furniture at University City Boulevard on February 27, 2017. We picked up the furniture on March 4, 2017. Once we opened the boxes we noticed that both the dresser and headboards were damaged. It was as if the furniture had been used or was from the store display. We negotiated with VCF to pick up the damaged furniture and deliver new pieces. The date for this delivery was March 9, 2017. On March 9th the furniture was delivered but the headboards were the wrong size. They brought out full sized headboards. We ordered a queen. A new date of March 11, was scheduled to bring out the requested size headboards. On March 11, yet again the wrong size headboards were delivered. We have requested that
VCF pick up the dresser and mirror and refund the total amount that we paid. This was the worst experience that I have ever experienced with buying furniture.
