  • Terrible customer service, perhaps the worst Canada Post I've ever been to in Toronto. There's always an auditor standing behind the counter; and this dude is intimidating. Why is this such an abysmal post office? The hours are so limited: Monday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Tuesday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Wednesday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Thursday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Saturday Closed Sunday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Honestly, closed on Saturday? ALL DAY SATURDAY? And they close at 6 pm, just when people get off work, grab a bite to eat and are able to do some errands - ridiculous. I was "helped" by an older gentleman. He appeared new and didn't really know what he was doing; the auditor staring down his neck didn't help either. I ended up not getting my package because the man didn't know how to use the computer to look up my package. Came out empty handed. Avoid at all costs. I feel sorry for those suckers who live nearby and HAVE TO use this Canada Post as their home post office.
