  • My husband came in for a biopsy in Radiology which was scheduled for 10:00am. We were told to arrive at 9:00am. We arrive on time. However, he did not get called back until 10:15am. The preprocedure process only took 10 minutes. So why did we have to arrive so early? When I asked for an estimate of time for the procedure the reply was I have no idea. Good customer service should have given me a time range.
