  • Sambalatte is a local coffee café located up in Summerlin. They do have other locations around the city. Anytime I'm in Boca Park and need a coffee this is where I stop. They have a good selection of drinks to choose from and have a cool chill environment. The main reason I give them three stars and not four is because of their iced coffee program. It's somewhat of a train wreck. They offer cold brew in bottles that they say is done fresh every single morning which I find hard to believe. Whether I'm in Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Europe every other high end coffee shop (meaning non chain like Starbucks) offers fresh cold brew or fresh iced coffee. Sambalatte are the only ones who bottle the way Starbucks does which has most people believing that they sold out and it's mass produced just like Starbucks, with preservatives just so it lasts in the fridge or on a shelf longer. That's the only real complaint. But if you happen to be in Boca Park Fashion Village and feel like a coffee, espresso, latte, or cappuccino then try them out just say away from the cold brew it's average.
