  • I feel compelled to do a review on this shop that I didn't even use and that wasn't my choice. I totally agree with the other yelper that 1 star is too generous. I have a chipped acrylic toe nail and needed it filled in. I went to Q Nail because my typical shop is being renovated. I signed in and explains what I needed. The older woman was ready to assist and told me to pick out a nail polish. I explained that I have gel polish on. Upon removing my shoe to show her the color, she stated that she didn't have that color in house. AMAZING that you know ALL the colors you have and can't appease me or try to find one that closely resembles the one that I have. She stated that I would have to get a new color on all of my toes. I didn't have the time nor the money nor the desire for all of my toes to have new polish. I then asked to see her gel selections and found at least two colors that matched the polish currently on my toes. When I informed the older woman that one of the colors matched the color on my toes and told her that I didn't want to have new polish on my toes, only the chipped toe, she looked at my chipped toe and stated that she would not be able to do my fill in. I understand that businesses need to make money, but to blatantly lie and then to refuse service because I only need one quick and inexpensive treatment is petty, dishonest, and sad. Maybe it's a blessing that they refused to help me based on the reviews from other people.
