| - If I could write this review with ZERO stars I would. Zero is a fitting word for the quality of service I experienced dealing with the Henderson Big's Furniture Store.
I started to write my review in detail, but soon discovered it was going to be a laborious & lengthy project to fully untangle the mess and have it make sense to a sensible thinking reader.
My opinion with Bigs Furniture is, they are basically a catalogue order outlet. They grab your money, and when they can't get your items they try to penalize YOU.
In my case they misrepresented the sale, pulled a quick bait and switch with a substitute bed, on a bedroom "SET", over charged me for the substitute bed, then claimed they couldn't get the bed and tried to charge me 15% restocking fee on two items they claimed they had received when I wanted my money refunded.
After multiple calls to Customer Service and going into the Henderson store multiple times, receiving marginalized treatment, it was discovered the original item was available the whole time. In an effort to recover from their blunder(s), they said they would reorder the original bed I wanted. I had to request a new sales order as they weren't going to provide one. (glad I did, as I found important facts that prove to me they were trying to pull a fast one on me)
On the day the items were finally supposed to be delivered, approx. 18 days later (7 to 10 day promised delivery date) from the initial order and between 10am & 2pm they never showed.
About 3pm I called the store and was told I had to call Customer Service. Customer Service was being very allusive with me, and hesitant to give me information. They told me they are running late. When I asked, when they planned on telling me my order wasn't going to be there on time, they claimed they 'just found out'.
Finally about 3 hours later the delivery showed up. The delivery guys Ricardo and Leo were top notch and did a great job setting up, cleaning up and doing a good job making sure I was satisfied. I appreciate those guys, they didn't seem like they worked directly for Big's Furniture, they were not cut from the same cloth it seemed.
There is much more damning evidence to my experience I won't go into, I am just glad my dealings with Big's Furniture is over.... Yes over, I will never do business with those Coyotes again.
My advice is to read the reviews here, if you decide to do business there, be careful, get names, keep track and take notes, check and double check. You may be needing them before you're done.
