After moving from another state Brigade was the first Barber shop I visited. Like many others, barber shops offer the feeling of friendliness and comfort from the staff. 3 months passed by that consisted of getting a hair cut every 2 weeks, and I had become acquainted with my barber Brendyn. After changing work locations, I called in to advise that I would be arriving at 5:20 and if this would be okay? Brendyn explained that it was since last call was at 5:30 and doors close at 6 pm. I arrived at exactly 5:18, and as I am signing my name on the clip board, Tim outwardly informs me that they are not taking others since they had a full house. I was very surprised and disappointed since I consider myself a loyal customer when it comes to Barber shops. This would have been a different experience if I was someone who came for a visit once every 3-6 months. I don't plan on returning to this barber shop since I have found another that can appreciate customer loyalty. Moreover, I can confirm that all the barbers at brigade are phenomenal and skilled. However, they do need to improve on their customer service, payment methods, and seating.
