Called Ground zero to replace the main water valve on a Saturday, they were great on communication and showed up when they said they were. Gave me a price and completed the job with no issues. Price was little high but i agreed since i didn't have the time to do it.
A few days later notice a leak on the PVC irrigation line right under the main water valve. Called them to see if they could see if the pin hole in the PVC line was caused by them. No way to prove it but through i would check and get a quote. They quoted me $350 to replace 10 feet of PVC line that is 8 inches deep. I replaced it in 1 hr and that was digging up line and covering it back up. I wanted the whole line replaced to avoid any other issues with it and they told me the same thing. Crazy on the price they wanted, the plumber was fast to give me a price. My guess is they get paid commission. I bought their service plan which should have saved me 30% on any repairs. Only reason i bought the plan is, it was cheaper to buy it on the main valve repair. Shop around before you use them, they over priced. They are good on communication and responding.
