  • If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The 'boy' who was our salesperson seemed more interested in his cell phone than in selling us a car. He told us to we'd have to "make it quick" on our test drive, and let us know they were "too busy" to give us anything more than an estimate on pricing. You can bet your life we won't be purchasing from Tempe Kia. This kid was extremely rude, short, and offensive. I haven't bought many cars in my 27 years, but I've definitely never been told to "make it quick." What a joke. We WILL be buying a Kia Forte, and it absolutely WILL NOT be from Tempe Kia.
