  • I made a horrible decision to have my office Christmas lunch here. After a glass of red wine was spilled on two of our guests it really went down hill. No one apologized offered to have clothes or purses cleaned. Fine we continued through our lunch after going to the ladies room to try and clean up. The real fun began when we tried to get our checks. We were charged for the wine that was spilled on our guests and the club soda that we asked for to help clean up the mess. We were charged for beers that no one at our table ordered and when we brought this to the staffs attention they went and got a manager who basically accused us of not wanting to pay for 4 drinks. This was after I had already paid for a 400.00 food tab and the,rest of our party paid their bar tabs. I asked to see a manager and was told that I had to talk to the food and beverage manager who just left. No offer to speak to anyone else. When pressed they finally offered to dry clean one persons sweater and shirt which were ruined.
