  • Oh my God! What can you possibly say about a place that has had so many five star reviews, to make yours stand out? I suspect every possible nice thing that could've ever been said about this place has already been said. But I'll give it a shot anyway. For starters the staff is incredibly friendly. You have to remember that Las Vegas churns a place like this. People come in with very high expectations, and if the place doesn't deliver they get torn to shreds in the press and on Yelp and are shut down in a matter of months. Carson kitchen has stood up to this kind of expectation for a while, and they've kept on delivering. As for my meal, I went with the veal meatballs, Gyro tacos, and the beat salad. All were every bit as magnificent as others have said they would be. Keep up the good work Carson kitchen, I sure hope I get to visit you again someday.
