  • Like others have stated here the General Manager Lane is someone that is not suited for his position. His customer service is sub par and does not like to be challenged on anything. Probably a tripping over dollars to save pennies kind of person. Although the price of the vehicle was fair there was some things that should have been taken care of that would have cost the dealership maximum of a $100 and declined to do it. I'm sure he is different when it is a new car because corporate watches how customer satisfaction is rated on new and not used. The salesperson was a great guy named Jesse but is not empowered by the dealership. Finance Director was great. I suspect the General Manager is at a small low volume dealership because his lack of care if someone walks out of there happy or buys a vehicle unless it's on his terms. Sad because Las Vegas is a small town.
