  • I went to the Sprint office in the Radio Shack location on Rainbow and Spring Mountain after seeing one of there commercials about cutting my AT&T bill in half. Anthony was EXTREMELY helpful and professional. He explained Sprint services to me and actually DID cut my AT&T Bill in half, not to mention some great perks. I understand that he was a new employee, but i was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of Sprint's services. He made me feel like he ACTUALLY CARED about making me a Sprint Customer. On the one questing i had that he was not absolutely sure about, he called his boss Kody over who explained it to him and i (surprisingly, this only happened once and Anthony was correct with his knowledge) I've been with AT&T for 5 years and NEVER received such wonderful service. I had a slight problem with my photos being downloaded and said i would not be back on their side of town for a week and Kody downloaded my pics on one of his personal SIM card and gave it to me free of charge. I will (and have) recommended Sprint to my fellow AT&T customers.... STRONGLY URGING THEM TO GO SEE ANTHONY!!!!
