  • Great long term parking indoor facility. They have outlets to connect a battery/trickle charger but you have to bring your own. I had two different experiences. When booking the garage space everything went well and I got to deal with extremely nice and cordial people. Unfortunately when I went to drop off my car (the Friday of memorial weekend) the code they had given me to access the facility did not work. I got there right after closing time (I was given 24 hr access to the facility) so nobody was at the office. I immediately called customer service to have somebody help me out but they were not able to contact the on call manager. This entire process took about 3 hours of me calling every 15 minutes the customer service with them telling me that they still couldn't reach the manager. I was leaving town in the early morning so I had to access the garage. Fortunately enough after 3 hours a nice man happened to pull in and allowed me to get in using his code. Safe to say it was a frustrating situation and I only heard back from the manager the Tuesday after when she got back to work. I believe this was an unfortunate and rare situation but they need to know that if they give 24 hour access to a facility there should be a 24/7 on call assistance to avoid losing customers.
