| - Wish I never signed up with them. I replied to an e-mail I received from them to save 12$ and asked them to cancel my service.I had a previous company for 10 months and had no issues with, only thing i didn't like about them was you couldn't go on line and pay the bill. So I thought I would give these guys a shot and what a mistake it was. First they didn't spray everywhere, didn't put out any of the sticky boxes, and didn't do the inside of the home. Shortly after the first spray I had come across a few bugs and spiders through out my home and I blew it off as they were running away from the spray trying to survive. After the second spray I found two little bugs on my bed that wouldn't die after like 20 hits so I moved them to a hard surface to where they died after being crushed by my 250 lb frame (with all the beatings I couldn't tell if they were baby scorpions or earwigs), later that week I found two roaches in the house that I had to deal with along with a very angry wife. After the third spray I have already found a few bugs that I had to kill and a big scorpion. So now I get this call from a girl (lady) named Stephanie who explains if I cancel my account I will have to pay a cancellation fee, I calmly try to explain to her that her company is to service pests so I don't have too, she goes on to explain that if they are running from the spray they did their job as the pests are looking for somewhere safe to go. I try to explain they should be dead, it would be different if they were then I could say the spray is doing its job. By now you can tell she is frustrated and has NO IDEA what to say so she repeats the cancellation policy. I tell her I know she is an employee reading from a handbook on the policy and I would prefer to speak to a manager, she yells at me saying she is not reading a script (clearly not having a clew to what I meant) repeats the policy. from this point on every time I attempt to say anything she over-talks me by reciting the policy, after the fifth or sixth time I raise my voice and say don't talk over me to which she hangs up the phone. With great customer service like this they should be in business for years. I wasn't asking for a refund, I just didn't want their service anymore so I could go on to a company I feel better with. I have since called the company twice and get their answering machine, and no returned calls. I will now copy this and e-mail it to them to see if I get a response. I called again and get this lady to which I ask for the owner to which she says he is out of the country and only checks on the business and doesn't talk to customers, so I ask for the vice president, low and behold there isn't one. I ask for any manager and she states she is and can help me, I give her my address and explain the whole story, she tells me they closed my account and added a $250 dollar cancellation fee. I explain this is why I would like to speak to a manager, we go round and round and I feel I am talking to the same girl. She tells me there is nothing she can do unless I reinstate my services, I explain I had my previous company come out and three weeks ago and I haven't scene a bug since, she then tells me she is the same Stephanie I spoke with before and becomes this rude, ignorant, person again interrupting while you try to talk; she went as far to say I was going to collections (like that's supposed to scare me). I haven't been able to get past this person to talk with anyone, so I am warning the people I can. Hope this helps!!!!!
