  • Victoria in the office was fabulous. We had a wasp problem in our siding (and coming out the master bathroom pipes) thanks to a bunch of idiots at the roofing/siding company who did our insurance claim. They were able to turn up same day, and deal with the problem and give me clear instructions about what to do from here. She encouraged me to phone back at the end of the week if I saw any more activity and they'd give it a second dose. Thank you so much!!! (And I can tell you Orkin, whom I called before these guys because they were a known name were rude on the phone and couldn't come out for a week!!)
