  • I've lived all over the East Valley and this is by far the best apartment I have ever had the pleasure of living in! The staff is friendly, quick to respond, and eager to help making your living experience as smooth as it can be. It is GORGEOUS inside and out, with upgrades left and right! They have valet trash that is picked up nightly so you don't even have to walk it out. Rent is amazing for what you're getting, the location, and how nice the apartments are! I have never been happier or more impressed with a complex. From day one of living here, everyone has been so prompt with everything that it has made this the easiest and best living experience I could have asked for. It's super quiet too, you can't hear your neighbors AT ALL and if you have roommates, you can't hear them either! I have the TV in my living room on the wall where my bed is and I never hear it, even though it's always turned up! Honestly the only complaint I have is that I didn't move here sooner!
