  • Austin has a snow monster & I was just craving for refreshing shaved iced. After searched from Yelp, took my bf's family to this location. Whole time I was raving about shaved ice dessert & how refreshing it is. Service is great & everyone there was very friendly but shaved ice isn't what I expected. It wasn't refreshing as what I expected it. It was gooey & sticky instead of fluffy shaved ice. I ordered taro but honestly I was disappointed. I read another review about basil seeds drink, so I ordered it too. This shaved ice made me wanted to drink cold ice drink for some reason. It left me unpleasant after flavor. I ordered a fruit & basil seed drink, oh boy... Another disappointment. All I can say... This shaved ice isn't like other shaved ice... Sticky, icky & chunky shaved ice...
