  • Got comped 3 nights here and booked directly thru the Venetian web site. Hotel was very clean and looked brand new everywhere we went. Every employee we met was friendly and professional. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. All of the restaurants are expensive but not more so than comparable places on the strip. Only two complaints. It is next to impossible to get a drink while playing the slots. Their computer system is old and needs to be updated. We got a $25 slot credit as a promotion, but even tho the slot machine said we could download our credit first we had to go to the Grazie desk and have the card reset. Later on we built up $25 in resort credit for playing the slots, we had to go to the Grazie desk and get a paper check to bring to the check-out desk. Seriously?
